Jennifer Irons

Engagement Associate

Jennifer Irons is an award-winning artist, producer and cultural manager with 30 years of experience working across the arts, commercial, education, government and NGO sectors.
With a focus on inclusion, equity and celebrating diversity, Jennifer has designed and delivered creative learning and engagement programs internationally for organizations such as British Council, Akram Khan Company, and Candoco Dance Company. She is Co-Director of arts and technology collective MakeAmplify; and founder of ironINC in Africa; arts for cultural exchange, social and global development program working with partner organisations across Africa and the Middle East. She continues to make and tour her own work and is a facilitator and mentor on artist development programs such as New Adventures Overture and Sadlers Wells Young Associates and guest lectures at higher education institutions in the UK and abroad.
Jennifer is part of the 2025 cohort of the Global Leaders Institute Executive MBA program in Arts Innovation.
