Jason Mabana

Born in Belgium, from an Italian and Filipino heritage, Jason began dancing at an early age. Jason has recently graduated from the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, where he worked with choreographers such as Mark Baldwin, Kerry Nicholls, Christopher Bruce and Darren Ellis. Jason has been choreographing for Design for Dance at Central St Martins, UAL, and also for BBC Young Dancer 2015. As well as dancing with Shobana Jeyasingh Dance, Jason will also join Akram Khan Company as an apprentice. Jason joined Shobana Jeyasingh Dance for the revival of Strange Blooms in 2015.
