Amanda Skoog
Amanda left New Zealand as a teenager to pursue a career as a dancer, before retraining in arts administration at City University London. She now has over 25 years’ experience in arts management, joining Shobana Jeyasingh Dance in 2015 after ten years as Managing Director of the Royal New Zealand Ballet. Previous roles have included Visitor Services Manager Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre, Assistant Director Central School of Ballet, Development Manager Design Museum, Education Manager English National Ballet, and running her own company importing New Zealand applied art. In 2014, Amanda was awarded a MNZM for services to dance.
