Amanda Cupples

Amanda is a successful executive with a wide range of commercial and operational experience across technology, healthcare, media (music, film and television), as well as blue-chip management consulting and law. She is experienced in leading businesses to achieve ambitious growth targets underpinned by large-scale strategic and operational transformations.

She is currently Co-Founder of Hesta Health, a venture-backed early stage healthtech company.  Prior to founding her own business she was MD, UK, Northern Europe & MEA for Airbnb, responsible for all operations in the region. Before this she held a variety of executive positions with Babylon Health, Deluxe Entertainment, and EMI Music, worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, and as a lawyer with Mallesons Stephen Jaques and Slaughter and May. 

Amanda served as a trustee from 2014 and as Chair from 2018 to 2025.
