Amanda Cupples

Amanda is a successful executive with a wide range of commercial and operational experience across technology, healthcare, media (music, film and television), as well as blue-chip management consulting and law. She is experienced in leading businesses to achieve ambitious growth targets underpinned by large-scale strategic and operational transformations.

She is currently General Manager, UK & Northern Europe for Airbnb, responsible for all operations in the region. Before this she held a variety of executive positions with Babylon Health, Deluxe Entertainment, and EMI Music, worked as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, and as a lawyer with Mallesons Stephen Jaques and Slaughter and May. Amanda is also a Non-Executive Director of Wild Brain, the world’s leading independent kids’ content company.
