• Patrons are requested to be at the venue at least 15 minutes before the start of their allocated performance time, after which unclaimed places will be released.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject from the venue any person if it believes their presence is likely to cause a nuisance, disturbance or threat to other patrons, the venue or its employees.
• Latecomers may not be admitted whilst a performance is in progress.
• The use of cameras, tape recorders or any other electronic or digital recording, photographing or imaging devices is not allowed inside the venue. Mobile phones, pagers and wireless handheld email devices must be switched off at all times.
• Smoking, eating and drinking are not permitted anywhere inside the venue.
• Ticket holders consent to the recording and filming of themselves as members of the audience.
• The Presenter reserves the right to make any alterations or cancellations to the advertised programme.
• The Presenter cannot be held responsible for late running of any performances due to circumstances beyond its control.
• There is limited space for storage of folded pushchairs only. Please reserve a space for one in advance.
• All venues are wheelchair accessible. Please inform us in advance if you have any other access needs.
• No toilet facilities or cafe are available for public use at the venue. Our staff will be happy to indicate where these are nearby.
